The ‘Select All’ feature is located on the Home tab.
The yellow arrow shows the top left hand corner of the screen and indicates where to find the ‘Home’ tab.

The brown arrow shows where to find the ‘Select All’ feature in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. It is on the right hand side at the top of the screen.
Select each page individually keeping text and pictures together as a composite page. Paste it back into ‘Paint’ as a whole page. Save each image carefully in a new folder, in ‘My Pictures’.
Name the folder so that it can be found again easily. Pages which contain photographs should be saved as jpeg or PNG files.
